Five projects in the Weald Forest Ridge Landscape Partnership Scheme have delivered resources, events, in-school sessions and out of the classroom activities to enhance educational opportunities in the Scheme area.

- A suite of curriculum-linked education resources have been developed for schools seeking to use Ashdown Forest as a learning environment.
- Hands-on bushcraft sessions, coupled with accredited training for teachers, were delivered to schools in the Horsham and Crawley area by the Gatwick Greenspace Partnership.
- The Open Your Eyes project delivered a range of workshops in schools, using art, music and drama .
- ESAMP (the·East Sussex·Archaeology and Museums Partnership)·delivered classroom-based, interactive sessions on specific, curriculum-linked, historical periods.
- The Root and Branch Theatre Company staged 10 performances of their "Dragon Tails (or Tales of Dragons and Woodland Wyrms!) in local schools - exploring the folklore of the St Leonard's dragon myth and wider dragon mythology.
