During 2009 to 2011, the Weald Forest Ridge LPS was able to offer subsidised training to people and professionals living and/or carrying out work in the Weald Forest Ridge.
The courses aimed to help businesses, landowners and individuals maintain and enhance the rich heritage of this remarkable landscape. The courses included building conservation, woodland management and food, farming and rural skills.
The courses were provided by three specialist training providers: Plumpton College, Centre for Sustainable Food, Farming and Forestry; Esus Forestry Training and the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum. These trainers will still provide high-quality, professional training, tailored to your individual needs, so please contact them direct to discuss your requirements.
