St Mary's have taken on a whole school topic to discover more about their village, Ashdown Forest and their place in the High Weald. As part of this, Year 6 visited the Charcoal burn at Ashdown Coppice Week to learn more about coppice crafts and see a traditional charcoal burn in action.
