Where do I start?
Our aim is to make the Fund easy to apply to with the minimum amount of 'red tape'. We hope that our guidance notes will answer many of your questions give you an idea of what is expected from you.
We recommend that you discuss your project ideas with the SDF Administrator - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - before submitting an application. Sam can also help with the 'red tape'.

What are the application deadlines?
You can apply to the Sustainable Development Fund (SDF) at any time of year as applications are assessed every three months. Obviously there is only a limited amount of cash in the Fund so it is in your own interests to apply as soon as you can.
Who do I send the application for to?
Completed application forms should be submitted, ideally electronically, to Samantha Nicholas.
Who assesses the application?
Assessment is by the High Weald SDF Grants Panel which is made up of councillors representing the High Weald AONB Joint Advisory Committee, High Weald AONB staff and volunteers from the Friends of the High Weald.
When will I know if my application was successful?
We will let you know whether you have been successful within a week of the High Weald SDF Grants Panel meeting.
We look forward to hearing your ideas!
