With ten acres of well kept gardens and paddocks, guests can enjoy beautiful views from the two beamed double bedrooms, while warming themselves by one of the original open fireplaces. Situated In the heart of 1066 Country there is walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, fishing and plenty of National Trust and English Heritage gardens and properties to visit – including castles at Bodiam, Sissinghurst and Herstmonceux and wonderful gardens at Pashley Manor and Great Dixter.

Set in the High Weald Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty, visitors can explore the countless picturesque inland villages or enjoy a seaside walk in Hastings or Rye. Guests will wake up to a delicious breakfast made from locally sourced produce cooked on the AGA, or tuck into some home grown fruit salad straight from the garden. They can breakfast on the terrace surrounded by beautiful oak trees and a pond attracting ducks and other wildlife.
