Description: The village is located, in the Green Belt, on the borders of Kent and West Sussex, close to the well-known Lingfield Park Racecourse, and Ashdown Forest. The village has a well-established shop, the Post Office and General Store being the centre of the village. It has its fair share of local country style pubs, many of which serve excellent food.
