The BBC is looking for people to contribute their own objects to the Radio 4 series, A History of the World in a 100 Objects. The Wealden iron industry produced many objects which tell the story of how the landscape of the High Weald was exploited by people in the past. One such object is the cannon-ball made of Wealden iron contributed by Adam Nicolson, author and journalist .
