The search is on to find Kent's farmers, growers, food producers and rural businesses contributing to the benefit of the Kent countryside.
The Kent Countryside Award 2016 recognises the hard work that goes into caring for Kent's countryside and its environment by those that are working on the land or are a rural business.
Entries needs to show what businesses do to care for the countryside where their business is situated and how they look after the environment too. The business must be either using Kent produce, or growing, producing or farming in the county. The types of business that can enter include all farmers, B&Bs using Kent produce, horticulture and food and drink producers, but this list is not exhaustive so if you are not sure if your business is eligible then please ask.
How to enter
Businesses can enter themselves for the award or can be nominated by another person who feels they deserve recognition.
