The new event will showcase the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty like never before. Experienced and knowledgeable guides will lead a host of inspiring walks suitable for all ages and abilities, with themed routes covering local history, art, literature, wildlife and geology.

The High Weald Walking Festival is a collaboration between a number of local branches of The Ramblers and the High Weald AONB Partnership. The Festival dates also coincide with Outstanding Week - the AONB family's week-long programme of events to help people enjoy and be inspired by the UK’s Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
